Sweet Rolls

1/2 cup warm water
2 packets yeast
1 1/2 cups lukewarm milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening or butter
7-7 1/2 cups flour

1. Mix warm water and yeast in a mixing bowl and let dissolve.
2. Stir in the lukewarm milk, sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and half of the flour.
3. Mix until it is getting smooth.
4. Add enoughs of the remaining flour so that the dough handles easily and is no longer sticky.
5. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic
6. Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for about 1- 1 1/2 hours.
7. After it has risen, punch the dough down and let it rise until it has doubled, about 30 minutes.
8. Shape into rolls and bake at 350 for about 20 mins or until the tops are browning.

NOTE: This is a great recipe to use for cinnamon rolls or orange rolls.
