Cream Cheese Frosting...YUMMMMM

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
pinch of salt

1. With an electric mixture, blend the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
2. On low speed, add the vanilla, salt and confectioner's sugar.
3. Turn mixer on high and beat until it is smooth and fluffy.
Use the frosting immediately or refrigerate until using it.  If refrigerated, frosting will need to warm up before using.
